Window Replacement

What we do

Licensed and insured. Locally owned in Lincoln. One crew for the job, start to finish.

01

Vinyl replacement windows

The most common upgrade we do. Double-pane, low-E glass, tilt-in sashes for easy cleaning, and no painting.

02

Double-hung, picture, and sliders

We match the style to the opening and the house, and size each window to the opening, not a close-enough stock size.

03

Energy efficiency

Old single-pane aluminum windows leak heat in winter and cool air in summer. New low-E windows make a noticeable difference in comfort and the power bill.

04

Flashing and trim

Most window leaks come from poor flashing, not the window. We flash, seal, and trim each one so water stays out of the wall.

05

Rotten sills and framing

Soft sills and rotted framing get repaired before the new window goes in. Covering it up just moves the problem.

06

Rental and whole-house packages

Whole-house window replacement for homes and rentals, scheduled so the house is never left open overnight.

Questions

Window Replacement FAQ

How long does window replacement take?

Most homes take one to two days. We do a few windows at a time so the house is never left open overnight.

Will new windows lower my power bill?

Replacing old single-pane or leaky windows with double-pane low-E windows usually makes the house more comfortable and cheaper to heat and cool.

Do you replace windows in rentals?

Yes. We do whole-house packages for homes and rental properties.

Can you replace just one window?

Yes. Broken, fogged, or leaking single windows are fine.
